1) Your newsletters cannot contain; nor link to, adult, racial nor obscene content.
2) You must immediately honor all unsubscribe requests.
3) You must be an affiliate of a Pulsar Marketing lead/sale network and either; (a) generate a minimum of $50 in monthly revenue for 3 consecutive months or (b) give our affiliate programs priority exposure on your website*.
4) You must allow Pulsar Marketing to send its own separate newsletters to your subscribers.

*Priority Exposure is defined as either (a) occupying a minimum of 90% of allocated advertising space on your web pages or (b) occupying the first 75% of each web page.
